TRANSFORMING PRAYER

2 Chronicles 7:14-15 “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Prayer changes the atmosphere of a city. We start by taking a Spiritual Inventory of our city, repenting for our sins and inviting the reign of Christ’s Kingdom to displace the kingdom of darkness. We pray for the lost and standing in the gap under the power of the Holy Spirit we become living vessels of light, removing hindrances to the Gospel to be preached. The three keys for seeing answers to prayer can be summed up as: Be persistent, be purposeful and be personal. There is a rich heritage of prayer in our Valley.
