“I’m proud to serve in the “Loving Our Neighbors” movement precisely because it’s not another program, but a long-overdue return to the basics. You can’t get much more basic than praying and working toward the “greatest commandment” – Jesus’ words, not ours.

I want to see the sleeping giant that is the Fresno/Clovis Church awaken to the challenge of serving in a decaying culture. Historically, the church has been at its best when things are at their worst. Times like this should jar us out of our self-absorption and propel us outward into the mission field of this generation by simply loving our neighbors – like Jesus.”
