LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

For several years, CHEV has invited Hispanic pastors and leaders to the Willow Creek Leadership Summit, held in Fresno each August via satellite.  This conference equips tens of thousands of leaders with basic leadership skills.  While we encourage the Hispanic community to participate in the Leadership Summit it is designed for the English speaking audience.  For this reason CHEV is working on being the source of a live Spanish leadership training conference that will be specifically focused on the needs and development of Hispanic pastors and leaders.

Our purpose goes even further. CHEV fully believes in academic and seminary training. Our focus is to use several learning methods, networking leaders to resources, and building relational mentoring that supports the ministry right where it happens.

  1. CHEV has helped many pastors and leaders develop their vision and connect that vision to others who can help them.
  2. CHEV will be hosting conferences which will focus on building:
    1. Healthy relationships.
    2. Healthy marriages.
    3. Healthy churches.
    4. Healthy Leaders.
